Ways I can help
Six focused practice areas. Whatever brings you here, we begin the same way — with an unhurried conversation, on your terms.
01Talking therapy for anxiety, depression, stress and the quieter struggles that don't always have a name.
02When a relationship gets stuck in conflict, each person feels less heard. Together, we find a way back to one another.
03Anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, college stress, relationships — a confidential place to talk outside your usual circle.
04A confidential, IACP-aligned space to reflect on your practice, your clients, and your own wellbeing.
05Secure video sessions from wherever you are. The same warmth and depth as sitting together in the room.
06Gentle, body-aware trauma therapy and EMDR for adults affected by abuse, loss or frightening experiences — in Gorey, Dublin or online.

About Rosemary
I began my counselling training in 1997, qualified as a counsellor in 2003, and became IACP-accredited in 2005. I've since spent my working life with people navigating anxiety, grief, relationship pain, family upheaval and the private, unnamed struggles that can quietly shape a life.
My approach is warm, integrative and paced to you. I hold what you bring with care and without judgement, and I bring a genuine belief that therapy — the real, unhurried kind — works.
