Clear, honest pricing.
Therapy is an investment in yourself. Fees are the same each week so there are no surprises, and they are agreed with you at the outset.
Individual counselling

Payment & cancellation
- Payment is taken at the end of each session by card, bank transfer or cash.
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an in-person session, and at least 24 hours' notice for an online session. Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice are charged in full unless the circumstances are exceptional.
- If cost is a barrier, please mention it when you get in touch — a limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available.
